Buddy

Buddy is a chestnut Arabian and Quarter horse cross.  He stands 14.3 hands.  Buddy loves apples and French fries.  Born in 1978, Buddy retired to Ryerss in October 1996.

Butkus

Butkus is a chestnut Belgian, named after a football player.  He was born in 1981.  A former rescue horse and dominant figure at the fence, Butkus loves the attention of visitors and the treats they bring.  As a result, he will often chase the other horses away from the crowd.  Butkus retired to Ryerss in September 2001 and enjoys grazing with his buddy, Frankie.

Cadbury

Cadbury is a blood bay Thoroughbred and Quarter horse cross.  He stands 15.2 hands.  So appropriately named, Cadbury was born on Valentine’s Day in 1976 and was owned by a chocolate lover.  He was active in hunter/jumper shows, fox hunting, hunter paces, paper chases and trail riding.  Cadbury retired to Ryerss in September 2005, spending his time with Heineken. 

Caputo

Caputo is a bay Thoroughbred.  Born in 1983, Caputo was an excellent race horse.  He retired to Ryerss in May 2001, where he spends most of his time with his buddy, Henry.
